long story short....
initially applied in 2008/2009 through an attorney...due to moving to different state did not receive additional documents request to my mail and got rejected for PR as i did not submit requested documents
but in 2014 before express entry started I applied but the quota is filled for that year and my application is returned.
later got invitation through express entry in 2015/2016 but i did not apply due to some reason.
Can i apply again now, but one thing to note is when i applied during 2008/2009 and 2014 i applied for NOC Code lets A
for past 4 years i switched the technical field and my NOC code now is lets B
if i apply now should i apply with NOC code A or B, and if i go with B will my application be rejected?
