Yes - you can come early. Make sure you can demonstrate that you have enough extra money to pay for your early arrival without working illegally.

Hello Julie, i got admission for sst3 for May 2018, did you finish the course? how was the course and how long is the duration? it is saying 30 weeks in there website but in offer letter they have also mentioned about a 16weeks intern or work, so it a one year course or 7 months course?
