38 years old IT - PNP possible?

Hi All,
I am 38 years old with 14 years of IT experience ( Agile, Scrum Master and QA). I am thinking to apply for Express entry for PNP nomination.

My CRS is 331 with current IELTS score ( 7 overall), so would Saskatchewan or Alberta PNP possible in my case?
If I get 8777 in IELTS my score would jump to 381.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

Both are possible with this details you shared. But you may also need to check other factors and recent draws for these provinces and decide which suits your NOC.
