Someone here posted that rumour. Totally false , it could happen , but no one here would know about it.

i got to know that the Australian immigration process under went some changes and all the files are on hold till the beginning of 2011 and i also got hear that there are some NOC updates are in progress but i am not sure of when it would be implemented and should not disturb the ongoing application process since the existing rules would apply to all those who have already applied or have got file numbers

You cant say anything, Canadians dont have information leak problem before they are informed.
UK formally got off the recession, Australia's Jobless rate is around 5.5%, Canada's around 8.4%, So Things are not so good at the moment.
