34 Year old need advise for Immigration

Dear members,

I am working in Abu Dhabi, my age is 34, I am CMA which is consider 3 year equivalent to Bachlor program of Canada. I need guidance and advise as per follow:
1) Can I submit my document through Express Entry route or PNP.
2) As per EE required marks 450 but if i get 6.5 band in Ilets my marks will b 350 should I apply through PNP.
3) Do we required consultant or can file application by my own.
4) which state we need to select for Canada immigration application.
5) Any other advise which can help me to evaluate my self before file application and what is the process.

1. First u have to register EE profile with IRCC. Then u can apply for PNP EE . If necessary.
2 . Yes. You can.
3. You can file yourself.
4. Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia. These pnp are better than others. No job offer necessary. But your intended NOC or job must be in their Demand Job list.
5. Read their website instructions carefully 4 to 5 times.

I am qualified CMA from Pakistan which is consider 3 years bachlor in Canada, I have fifteen years of Finance experience. Currently base in UAE. Kindly advise how to apply and where I can read particular inf for my case. Thanks

Your IRCC EE profile NOC must match with PNP EE NOC.
