I received my GCMS notes ....it says recommended pass...in the bottom of the file.
However:
1. Security - Not started :-X :-X :-X :-X
2. Criminality - In progress :-\ :-\ :-\
3. Eligibility assessment 1: pass
4. Eligibility assessment 2: Ministerial Instructions - Not started. --> Does anyone know what is this????

My AOR was sent after 88 days of sending the application - and due dates in above status says September 2015.
I am 6 june applicant. MR received on 28 Jan 2015...since then nothing.

What it means is that there is something not quite so right with your eligibility - they have to assess against ministerial guidelines
