Apparently, 3215 is one of the less popular categories so far. I think it has probably not been filled by now. And so far CIC has not reported receipt of any completed application in this category. But still I recommend you send application as soon as possible.

my file is complete just waiting for my eca report to arrive. i made a mistke be opting for regular mail its takin so much time already its been 13 days.how about you?

Has anybody applied under 3215?

My wife as the leading applicant has applied under 3215 (Nuclear Medicine Technologist). Our documents were delivered to CIC on the 11 June.
Normally 3215 doesn't get filled in until the very end ... At least this was the case in 2011/2012
