Hey fellow Applicants,
All those whose application was received by Nova scotia FSW office on 31st December, lets network and share the prospects of our files returning or is the PER on its way but have not reached us yet. In both cases the pain of patience is excruciating so lets share it brothers.

According to some seniors the Global cap have been reached and all 30th and 31st december applicants are receiving their applications back, please senior confirm if there is any hope for us

Friends I was being very optimistic when this discussion of " Global Cap Reached" was started , and I also have resisted much to this statement, But all my believes and hopes destroyed when I called CIC , And agent has nicely collected all my personal details and revealed a very disheartening fact that my file is returned on 10th March due to Global Cap since my NOC was 0121 and file recd date at NS Sydney was 9:28 am on 30the December.No point that NOC cap being filled since its very cold and Safe NOC also an agent has clearly used words ' Global Cap"; So anyone in this forum whose App recd on 30the or 31st without any valid Job offer should immediately call CIC and keep doing until u reach an agent . BTW I have very few hopes for EE also since I am claiming just 268 points with my spouse application. Seniors and experts I all be obliged if someone can guide me about my chances in EE and how much shall I need to wait to get successful in EE ? And anything which can help candidates like me to enhance their chances for EE. Thanks a lot in advance.

most 30th and all 31st applicant are getting their package back due to global cap. So please try EE

I am also a Dec 31st applicant. A CIC agent informed me on the phone that my application was returned due to global capping on 17th of March. However i haven't recieved anything till date. Its almost over a month now.What could be causing the delay? Has anyone else experienced the same thing. How long does the package take to arrive. From comments here i understand that Cic charges CC of Dec 31st applicants too but later refunds the amount.

Dear Freinds.

My application was received by CIC on 31.12.2014 in NOC 1111
financial accountant and auditor.

now after over 4 months CIC nor return my application if cap reached
neither charged my credit card for processing.

please help me on this issue.
