314 on its own will probably not suffice. I suggest that you try for one of the various Provincial Nomination Programs. If you get a nomination, you will get 600 points that will then boost your points to 914. This will definitely get you an ITA.

To be Honest... 314 is way low than the expected points.
In the Coming months i am hoping, there will be some change in the allocation of points, due to siblings point to the CRS which will play vital role.

Most of the people are having points between 350-400.

My suggestion would be apply for quebec which is going to be launched on Jan 18.
