I feel after the sudden fulfilment of our cap...cic has put on hold all applications from August to early nov applications..irrespective of cc...dd...charges. ..or receiving per.....they will start processing all pending apps once express entry starts...coz they wont have work pressure! So dont loose hope and keep praying. ..atlast The Almighty is the decision maker
