what should be done then
Hi HarkiratBhalla, try to improve your score. 3 years foreign experience, A master's degree, Good IELTS score can increase your CRS points to 450 or more. Try the CIC CRS Tool to see which areas can be improved.

Another way is to manage a LMIA which is very tough I think.

Get LMIA you can get 600 points from there. Baam it will boost you to 901 you will get the ITA .
I dont think you need to improve your ielts or anything just figure it out how to get LMIA from a Canadian Employer.
Anyone with the minimum skillset can get an ITA if he/she can arrange LMIA.
If you dont believe me then look at the 9th draw results..the last person to get ITA had 755 which means he had (755-600) = 155 points only.
And you with 301 points asking this ;D

Advising someone to 'get an LMIA' is a bit silly. For most this is simply not an option.

To get an LMIA employer has to

1) Publicly advertise your job for a minimum of 4 weeks
2) Be able to demonstrate that they have actively tried to recruit canada citizens or permanent residence holders for the role
3) It costs the employer several thousand dollars

Not easy to get

Sorry if you found my reply worthless but its actually how the new system is working.
I have a strong feeling that there are FAKE LMIA's that are actually available and definitely you need proper links and money for that.
I just suggested him one of the ways he can actually get an ITA even with his 301 points.

He can't reduce his age, if married then can't say he's single, cant increase the experience or education(as his profile will be valid only for a year), improving ielts will not help him much (at max will end up getting 60 points more). I didnt want to give him a negative reply like others.

Getting LMIA is not easy but nothings easy in life ;)

What if the employer advertises for a job for 5 weeks and they dont select anyone from anyone who applied for the position.
And what if the person is so much eager to come to Canada is ready to bear all the expenses? Note in this case since he has a valid job offer so he doesnt need to show his funds too.
Did CIC mention anywhere that the job offered has to be done for a year or something similar? Even if it does, then also person can actually manage it..because I know its possible.
I know this is not so easy, but not impossible

if they advertise and don't select anyone that applied, they need to explain in depth why not. Go through the applicants and explain exactly why they weren't suitable. Explain how many they interviewed, the exact qualifications they're looking for that no one had but miraculously managed to find in a foreigner.
it doesn't matter if the person is so eager to come to Canada that they would cover the LMIA costs, its ILLEGAL for them to do that. All LMIA costs must be paid by the employer.
The job offer needs to be permanent.

Dears I would like to say can anyone help to arrange a LMIA from abroad, It seems impossible to me.

I think its better to apply through PNP rather than LMIA.

PNP is provincial nomination, this is easier to get than LMIA, I tried to get LMIA with employer, they couldn't do that but they said they would do PNP. The only issue with PNP is that it takes much longer (also costs $2000). There are 2 stages #1 employer approval (this is the stage im at) and once employer is approved then the next stage is applicant appoval. The process takes about 6 months (3 month for employer plus 3 months for applicant) vs 2-3 weeks for LMIA application.

Without the PNP im at 535 points (so would be a 1135 with PNP), my problem is that my permit is about to expire and im going to have to leave canada before getting an ITA. I would love to be able to get ITA without needing to wait for the PNP and the $2000 however I dont see the points coming down below 600 soon. The longer the gap between draws the higher the points will be and so with no draw this week i am not encouraged.
