A friend applied for a study permit in Venezuela and finally received the request for medicals, the problem is all of the doctors on the CIC list are on Christmas vacation as of December 12 and won't come back until January 15. The medical order says you have 30 days to get the medical exam done but that's not physically possible because everybody is on vacation! What to do now? Thanks.
