30 days appeal to chc or 60 as my consultant already give me letter after month

Can i write back to chc london with my experience letter..... i want them to notarize here in sharajh also?? one experience leter is from Pakistan.. do they attest it here?? where i need to go?? is appeal time 30 days or 60 days????
