3 year NOA for parent sponsorship

Hi,

I have my 2012,13,14 NOA ready to apply on Jan 1, 2016. However, my 2012 was under a different SIN because I was landed in 2013 (so my 2012 NOA was under a SIN starting with a 9)

I was told that the 2012 NOA would not be considered for this reason.
Can anyone confirm if this is correct?

Call CIC office. I think u should be okay
