3 year in Congolese refugees camp here in uganda

I am Congolese refugee, it has been now three years in a camp, please i am asking how can someone migrate to Canada?is it possible that I can apply online,please helped and please help again do me a favour.

Have you been officially recognized as a refugee by UNHCR? That is the first step. UNHCR will then determine which country you will be sent to for resettlement.

Unfortunately you cannot apply for refugee status online directly. You must be referred by UNHCR first.

There are 2 ways to claim refugee status in Canada:

1. Apply for a TRV and claim refugee status when you enter (this is highly unlikely for you given your current status).
2. Be recognized by the UNHCR and wait to see if you are offered relocation to Canada.
