3 versions of Candidate form?

Hi! I'm slightly confused about my application and wondered if anyone who has completed their could weigh in. I can't seem to find anything about this.

In my profile, there are 3 versions of my Candidate Express Entry, all with the same information requested. Are there supposed to be the three versions? Or has something gone wrong with my application? I'm considering deleting and restarting my application but I'm not 100% sure if it's supposed to be like this or not.
