3 PR Cards out of 4 Only Received - I need your Opinion Please

We are a Family of 4, Landed last June 2013, we are currently not in Canada. Last week our relatives informed us that 3 PR cards only were received, for the mother and the 2 kids. but my PR Card is not yet received!! (I am the principle applicant)

Any one has or had a similar Experience?? or anyone can advise??

Perhaps there is problem in ur photo. Confirm with CIC and provide photos again.

do u recommend calling CIC? I am not in canada, which number???.. if it was a photo issue they would have sent a letter regarding this, but nothing yet received

Sometimes it happens, not to worry. Nevertheless, do call the call center they will give you the reasons, they are very helpful

I found the discussion thread & copied the mentioned number below:

To contact CIC from outside Canada can try the same process.
It's as below...

1. Dial 1-613-944-4000
2. It' will say something about foreign Trade. Wait for the message to complete
3. Then it'll will give you the menu options
4. Press "2" for "Immigration or Citizenship or obtaining visas to Canada"
5. Then it' will redirect the call to Immigration department
6. A music will be played until someone picks up your call

I guess you can now enquire and find out what happened to your card....let us know how it went. I assume they will also verify your identity when you call them...so better to have your passport (visa) and COPR handy with you when you call.

Thanks Dear, Just to let you know, I have received my wife and Kids PR Cards after 77 Days, and mine is 85 days up to date not received yet!!!!

Relax!

I am 99.9% sure it's the problem with your pic. And No, you can't call them from outside Canada. I tried from USA numerous amount of times but failed each time.

Anyway, I had the exact same issue. My wife and son received their PR cards but I didn't. I sent email to CIC and got a response almost a month after telling me that I had issues with my pic and gave me 30 days to resend the pics. They also sent a letter stating the same.

I went to a professional photographer, did my pics and sent over to them within 3 days of receiving the letter. With in four weeks of receipt of my pics, my PR card got delivered.

Just wait for your letter and don't panic.

Hello, did you call them? Im pretty sure its not photo specs issue, just a regular printing delay i would say

I dont know know why you wouldnt wanna call them?, I called them, they specifically told me all the statuses of all
my cards, 2 were dispatched the same day, and the lady told me that others will dispatch 3 days later, so i felt relaxed that
I did not had photo issues.
