3 part countries student in Ukraine fled the war to immigrate to Canada

As a 3 part countries student in Ukraine I studied architecture and because of the war I cant continue my studies , is there any way for me to immigrate for study and get a permanent residence in canada even if I have no family membre in there ?
Now Im in Germany and I have a protection legal statue
