Hello,

It has been 3 months since I applied at the VAC in new york for a visit visa. This is my second time applying for a visit visa and i have never been rejected for delayed in any international visa application.

I am worried that they have lost my passport as I have gotten no update. At this point i dont really care if I get my visa, I just want my passport back.

Any one know how i can contact the canadian embassy in NY to get my passport back? Ive tried calling the VAC customer service but with no avail.

I have called the VAC office several times and talked to an agent every single time. Call them again and also email them too. What is the processing time for your visitor visa? Honestly just keep calling and emailing till you get in contact with someone, did they send you a link to be able to track your application?
