I got Ita yesterday 809 . But my work permit s expired jan 31 already.im n implied status now ( no Lima, no work permit ) so that reason can I apply under the exp-entry .plz need help

No,during ITA u have to show proof of whatever you had claimed in EE,failure to do so will cancelbur ITA
