The first marriage was made in 2006, but not registered and no relationship stablished and connected since 2007. Can one get marry again without divorce the first one as there is no connection and where abouts? could it be possible to sponsor the 2nd wife?
What will be worst condition in case of polygamy?

Bigamy, which is a crime in Canada. Misrepresentation, 2 year bar from Canada.

To sponsor someone as your wife or husband, the marriage must be legal in the country where it was performed, and also legal in Canada. In Canada you cannot get married a second time unless you divorce the first spouse or that spouse has died. So your second marriage would not be considered a legal marriage, and when sponsoring the visa officer would refuse the application.

How about sponsoring the second partner as common-law?
But would it be possible even though the man is not divorced to the first wife?

Yes - it's possible to sponsor the second partner as common-law as long as the requirements for common-law have been met (i.e. couple has lived together for a minimum of one full year).
