2nd IEC application for working holiday visa as german citizen possible?

I know that currently no applications are being processed, but Im just wondering If it would be even possible, since its states online
a second application is possible for german citizens but only in a different "category" each time.
Does this mean a different one then working holiday (so Young professional/ or study) has to be chosen
for a second application and a second application on another working holiday is not possible?

Another WHV is not possible. Second participation needs to be YP or co-op.
