Here's the spec, please can you point us in the right direction to get Canadian passports?
Mother born in UK to Canadian parents. Has Canadian & UK passports. Has Canadian Citizenship card. Lived outside Canada all life.
Father born in UK, holds UK passport. Not Canadian.
Children born in UK 1997 & 2000.
Family landed Canada Jan 2014. Father & two children hold PR.
Children
My understanding is that the mother needs to apply for 'grant of citizenship' on behalf of children and can do so right away. (If so, which form please? How long does this take and cost?)
Upon receipt of 'certificate of Canadian citizenship', new passport application can be made (how long does this take?)

I believe father has to be PR for 3 years and can only then apply for citizenship. (If so, which form please? How long does this take and cost?)
