you can try calling them or even send in a CSE.

This might be a stupid question but How do I start a new topic (post) after I register :( I don't see anywhere saying start topic/post on my page after I login. I can apparently only reply to other posts. Help!

Top right corner of your screen, there are two buttons- notify/new topic.
Good luck!

what is a "CSE", and what is the process of sending it?

Case specific enquiry

You need to exercise some patience, and wait for medicals to be passed.

unless you go over the 6 months processing time, there's no point calling CIC or sending CSE's. the call centre can't tell you anything and they won't reply to the CSE's while you're within the processing time. You are literally a month into your application, calm down. I get the frustration of waiting, honestly I do, but getting worked up at this early stage is ridiculous.
