2nd application with different noc (please help)

1st application - noc 2132 (no update from cic till date)
2nd application - noc 2232 (preparing my documents now)

Would this be possible as my job duties fall on the same noc?
I have not received my 1st application back so i'm on plan B.

Why are you preparing for a second application now? Do you think there's a problem with it? You still have time to hear from CIC about your first application. Why not wait and then apply if you get your application returned?

yes, i think it's rejected. 2 of my employers only provided me with an employment certificate (date of my tenure, position).
I did not submit any reference letter only employment certificate, payslips and contracts.

Now, I will ask my colleagues to make a reference letter for me. I'm planning to send my 2nd application next month.
I already sent an inquiry to cio las Oct. 15. I believe they are still answering september queries so it might take a while for me to get a response.

You mean the letters from your employers don't have job duties? And do you need those work experiences to qualify? If so, then you should expect your application back. Prepare a second application and send it ASAP. If those experiences are not required for you to qualify for FSW then it isn't a big issue.

The reason i'm worried is that CIC may ask why did i change my noc for my 2nd application.

Job duties are the most important part of a FSW application. It is not an issue to apply in a different NOC. You can go ahead and send another one. Just make sure that you got everything right this time around.

Now, I hope everthing will work this time. If i get the reference letter from my supervisor, do i need to get it notarized? I will submit the letter with his card and company i.d. although not in a company letterhead. Will this be an issue?
