2nd AOR not received but CHC already sent it on 25/5/2010

Hi,

I have sent my full documents on 12/5/2010 to New Delhi CHC but i have't received the 2nd AOR yet.
When i inquired with the Delhi CHC they replied me that "Please be advised that your application was recieved on May 14, 2010 & subsequently an acknowlegement letter was mailed out to you on May 25,2010".


Can you please any one tell me in which post/Courier they usually send this courier.
How to get this 2nd AOR from Delhi CHC?

do i need to worry for this 2nd AOR if i have not received.

I think you do not need to worry about the second AOR much but should inform CHC that you have not received one and ask them your file number and if they can send you the barcodes again. It is needed for futher communication

Anyway i have sent an e-mail to Delhi CHC requested them to send the file again, waiting for the reply from CHC.

1. Are both the status associated with File nos. (CIO & VO) visible when the ecas status is opened?
2. When did you first see the 2nd AOR on ecas?
3. What does the CIO status show now?

For tracking purposes on ECAS Sydney number is good enough

1.) Yes, both status can be seen
2.) After AOR was received
3.) For me it is pending review

2) does CIO shows same E -CASE status what VO shows.

I got my 2nd AOR after 6 weeks!! that was coz the lr was sent to my consultant in canada. so if u have a canadian consultant and ur VO is ND, then the reason for the delay is probably coz they bulk post it and then it might be resorted and sent by snail mail.
the new file no is needed to get the eCAS updates and the bar codes for future communication. but in my case the 1st and the 2nd file nos both pull up the same info from the eCAS.
U should get the AOR soon...

Hi,
I did not get my 2nd AOR. Later on I did enquiry in London visa office and they gave my London vo file number. Both Nova Scotia and London visa office file numbers working to check the E-CAS status and showing the same thing. Don't worry. U have Nova Scotia file number. If u don't get the 2nd AOR ur processing will not be stopped.
