2nd AOR - how long did it take?

Is there REALLY a 2nd AOR?
I saw this on CIC site and wanted to share it and get some opinions on the same as well. www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/form.asp
All communication with Express Entry candidates and applicants is conducted through their MyCIC account. The following are system-generated messages:
Form number Title
IMM 5786 Express Entry profile received – next steps – Job Bank
IMM 5795 Express Entry profile received – next steps – PT – Job Bank
IMM 5787 Welcome to Express Entry
IMM 5788 Not eligible for Express Entry
IMM 5789 Express Entry profile withdrawn
IMM 5790 Express Entry profile expired
IMM 5791 Invitation to apply
IMM 5792 Invitation to apply expired
System generated message Province or territory interest
System generated message Province or territory nomination letter
IMM 5794 Acknowledgement of receipt of APR
This might be indicating that, under EE, there is no AOR that lands in MyCIC account over and above the IMM 5794 message that we all got. Or am I reading this entirely wrong???

I had my ITA end of Feb, my app went in April 2nd and I received my first AOR on April 10th, I was given 885 points for CEC under the EE program, im still waiting, my status has not changed in all that time, its now 8 weeks since my app went in? I called CIC and they said the usual '6 months' rubbish and were no help at all.
