As discussed today, it was clear they are going to make more draws per month

The reason is in 23rs summit it was decided to invite double applicants and it would be difficult to invite 3000 in single draw, so It was quite expected there are more draws like three t four draws per month which will invite more people.

We can expect one more draw in January and scores might go below 450 !


All those stuck at 453 are the lucky ones who will get thier 1500 $ back. good luck to you guys.

Lets hope that the score drops down atleast 10 points of 445 in next draw... i am really desperate to get ITA now

Definitely....All my predictions are a bit late like OINP ...but I knew once the back log is cleared it will be going down drastically

Not only that...You know there are maximum people waiting between 450 and 460, all of them mostly cleared , so the next draw they might keep restricted to 450 but than onward in Feb they will have to go down.

Do paste that link again here where CIC officially confirms that they are doubling the number of applicants per draw or, as you put it, it is difficult to do that so they are increasing the number of draws per month.

Without a source, you are just building up false hopes. Nothing new for you but you'll again crush the aspirations of a lot of hopeful applicants.

Now this is quite okay. Either they invite double or make more draws , there are only 2 alternatives.

Unlikely to be true. Canada has a defined limit of the number of immigrants they want in a particular year. And that will define the score cutoff.

I totally agree with Asivad Anac!
Last year, when EE started, people posted hundreds of posts saying that the score will drop to even under 350! My score was 401 and I only needed to retake IELTS to increase it to 450 or so! If I hadn't listen to those speculations and retook the IELTS exam earlier, I would have been a PR now! :'(
I wish I had not listened to them! I waited a long time until the last December when I decided to retake IELTS. I could increase my score to 465 and received ITA finally!!
CIC is struggling to process the applications already submitted in August or September in a 6-month period! They need to increase the number of their resources (Officers, agents, ...) to be able to process 4500-6000 applications per month! The scores might drop in future, but I don't expect it to drop to 430 or lower very soon!! Retake IELTS or CELPIP or do whatever you can to increase your scores.
Stop posting such speculations. You are indeed misleading newbies!
