22 AND OVER or only after 22 year of age?

A bit technical but I understand if a child is over the age of 22 than he/she needs to submit their own application (not part of the family's application).

What about if the child just turned 22 can he/she be part of the family's application?

When you turn 22 you are 22 and therefore can not be included.

The answer is no.

The child must be 21 year old or younger when the application is received by IRCC.
