2173 or 2174? please help me

Hi guys,

My title in my current company is 'Software Engineer' (2173) and I guess this title will be on my reference letters.
But my current job duties are more like a 'Computer Programmers' (2174).
So which one should I choose when I file the EE application?

I believe these 2 are belong to 0 AB, so dont worry, find similarities , and use reference letter one, unless they are willing to use 'Computer Programmers'
