I am working as Associate Technical Architect, completed my Bachelors degree(EEE) 10 years back.

can I apply to EE, under 2173 NOC?

Why don't you look at the roles and responsibilities for 2173 and decide

Hi, my roles and responsibilities match for 2173 NOC occupation.

but under employment requirements, they need Bachelor's degree usually in computer science..
Does any one with EEE degree applied under 2173 NOC?

That's employment requirement and not CIC's. In case you go for job search then employer might ask that.

But not for immigration.

I know a lot of folks applying under NOC's 21** and from Non CS background. They got their PR.
