2173 NOC Roles and Responsibilities

Does these R&R look good for NOC 2173

job duties and/or responsibilities are as follows:

- Lead Production support technical team and Manage CRM application.
- Analyze, Design, Develop and Support various change requests from the client.
- Troubleshooting of technical flow and functional flow issues in CRM projects.
- Analyze technical details of the application to review the performance. Recommend and design changes required for improvement of performance and stability of the application.
- Plan, Design and implement production architecture & installation of CRM.
- Design and implementation of various processes in applications such as Data conversion, Batch Jobs.
- Define coding and process standards for the CRM application.
- Develop and present proof of concept software for prospect CRM functionalities.
- Plan and support software upgrades during major and minor version release.
- Train onsite and offshore team members on CRM to help them understand the project offerings on a wider level and help cross-train the new joiners.

Though most of us here are from the IT background, we honestly wont be able to confirm your NOC. Its also safer to not consider random opinions for your NOC selection as that might lead to wrong decisions. My suggestion would be to either figure out yourself as to which NOC closely resembles your roles and responsibilities (your designation should not matter so don't worry on that) or sent a mail to e-mail to "NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca" or "NC-NOC-CNP-GD2@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca" with your query so that they can hopefully help you with the best fit. I am sharing both the mail ids as some say they got reply from NC-NOC-CNP-GD while others say they got reply from NC-NOC-CNP-GD2. Good luck.

• Identify and evaluate solutions to system issues or opportunities to improve on current technical strategies and solutions.
• Provide solutions or answers to system or business-initiated questions
• Provide Development for IT driven change requests (nonfunctional)
• Keep production systems up, monitor, manage and address alerts.
• Provide support and coordination of complex infrastructure changes
• Investigate root cause and work towards elimination of production interruptions
• Liaison with other internal teams and vendors for production incident handling.
• Recommend areas of improvement to infrastructure, application, and/or processes to prevent or mitigate future failures.
• Monitor on the ongoing performance of the business systems regarding root cause elimination errors and end user experience.
• Monitor for overall System Availability and Response Times
• Reviewing current software framework to identify defects and opportunities to improve performance and stability
