1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on November 2, 2016 and ending on November 3, 2016 is 2,080.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on November 2, 2016 at 12:34:57 UTC, have been assigned a total of 472 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

How long does it generally take for the ITA to come if the score is above the cut-off?

I think the increased ITAs and slightly lower CRS is quite a positive. Higher no of ITAs is going to lower the CRS permanently, ie assuming higher no of ITAs become the norm

Anytime upto 24 hours i think

Things have started to look good now. My IELTS score will be coming soon and I'm sure that I will score the minimum required to make 470 points CRS. Yipppiiii . Good luck to all who are above the cut-off and to those too who are in hope of points coming down to 460 at least in coming months.
