I live in Ontario. I applied for PR as a protected person in 2024. I received GCMS notes, and they show the primary office CPC Mississauga and the secondary office Montreal Immigration. Would this mean I could get a longer Quebec-type processing time?

If you didnt apply from quebec then probably not. Having Montreal office doesnt mean your application is processed according to quebec quota since youre not living there.

AOR - Acknowledgement of receipt?

What's the next step?
You are getting ahead of yourself. Your claim for asylum needs to be accepted first before you would qualify to apply for PR. If you get your 2st claim accepted you are likely looking at around 4+ year until you would receive PR these days but likely longer unless reforms. This is a very long process.

What office you are processed through is not related to what program you applied to. Non-Quebec based applications are still processed in Quebec
