Well 3 of the 4 jobs you listed are licensed professions through apprenticeships and education. You would need Red Seal certication or need to pursue provincial incense . Do you have an Express Entry profile? Government is targeting healthcare and tech fields.

No it targets trades too. There just has not been an EE draw for trades. What is your CRS score and what is your trade?
Generally you need to become a PR first since you have to complete an apprenticeship and apprenticeship are only open to Canadian citizens and PRs.
Well the selections for trades, healthcare and STEM are through Express Entry draws. You need an EE profile based on your age, education (ECA), language (IELTS), work experience and funds. If you don’t have an EE profile with the CRS score selected, you are not invited.
Google it. Express Entry tech based draws. There was just a draw for tech NOCS. You are asking basic questions.
