Hello. This is regarding the 2022 PGP application for a family member - the dependent spouse (i.e one of the parent) passed away (IRCC was notified).
Cosigner decided to withdraw after the PR visa was issued to both parents. So IRCC emailed applicant stating:
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.
The processing of your application remains on-going. Your current travel documents have been cancelled and are no longer valid for travel.
They got Visitor visa and now the applicant is wondering if it is possible to travel to visit the children/grandchildren in Canada? or is the visitor visa also now cancelled.
