yeah i totally agree.. i havent heard anybody saying that they got their file completed from this office..What's wrong with whitehorse, we need a collective action, it's so frustrating lots of people are stuck just in one visa office

No I guess everybody receives their AOR from Sydney.. mine was from Sydney as well...Wow, this is really frustrating. Seems like Whitehorse is the slowest VO. I think you should keep following up by raising web forms and calling IRCC. Did you receive AOR from Whitehorse too?
Congrats!. CEC takes even longer time than TR to PR pathway.Good luck everyone.

I am not sure why have they requested it .. yes I am done with BOTH my home country PCC and one is RCMP...Now that is confusing. What is BLS? Did they specifically say RCMP? From my knowledge I have not heard of anyone who was required to submit RCMP PCC. But if they specifically said RCMP then you can’t get it in 30days. There is backlog.
You can book the appointment as soon possible and once you get the fingerprints done you can submit the receipt. The actual PCC itself takes over 30 days.
But why would they request for RCMP PCC when they should have access to it electronically.
it depends.. everything is slow.. i applied for the notes on sept 7 and received them on 20 decOnce you apply for GCMS notes how long it takes to see them?

I really didn't care about linking it in the first 5 days. I remembered to link it on the 5th day. I used the option PR card you mentioned and used my first and last names and UCI.Congrats!
How did you link your PR Card? u just selected the : "PR card application"?? I can't link mine. I saw you linked it 5 days after eCoPR. Were you be able to link it at your first attempt? I got eCoPR 4 days ago, but still can't link it.
Thanks
I also receive BIL and GCKey account showing: "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes."Hello so i got BIL today but on my gc key portal they still showing we do not need biometrics. If i have my biometrics done, where should i upload them. Help please
Thank for the informationI also receive BIL and GCKey account showing: "We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes."
You still have to do the biometrics once you receive BIL.
You don't have to upload it. It will automatically be uploaded to your GCKey portal once it is done.
