2021 H&C

I am looking for some advice from people with similar experience this year. My family applied for H&C in Sep, 2020 and file started in February, 2021. Got our AIP in early May, 2021 and are waiting for final decision. How long will it take this year or took for people who applied at a similar time and got accepted already? The time given on the IRCC website is clearly far from accurate 'cause it says 18 to 14 months. I just want some assurance that they are working on it. Also IRCC is not answering any calls due to Afghanistan.
