2020 NoA Question

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it's okay to send the 2019 NoA as I haven't filed my taxes yet, and write on a separate piece of paper an explanation of why I haven't received it yet, as well as mentioning that I will send the 2020 one as soon as I receive it. I could file my taxes and include 2020 one, but they won't be filed until mid-March and the new NoA will take around 2 weeks to come in, while my application is basically ready to be submitted. Any advice?

Yes that’s fine. To sponsor your spouse you only need to show you can support yourself without government help.
