2019 Jan to Jun Processing Times

Just to get a general understanding, in 2019, how long does the following take,

A) AOR to MEP
B) MEP to Biometrics
C) Biometrics/MEP to IP1
D) IP1 to IP2
E) IP2 to PPR

I noticed those who have received their PPR, with AOR in March or April 2019, have received their PPR in 5 weeks from the date they submitted their Biometrics!
