2018 Quebec Inland Spouse/Common law sponsorship applicants only - timelines

Hi all,

I wanted to creat this thread for all 2018 Quebec applicants under the inland spousal and common law sponsorship, so we can share our time lines. As some may have noticed that other applicants from other provinces are moving forward quite fast (some September applicants allready hat their landing interview), while most of Quebec applicants still haven't any news yet.

I'm Sept 24 quebec applicant, no news after OWP approval mid-January. Detailed timeline in my signature.

2018-10-02----2018-10-03 AOR and invitation to proceed to the steps for Québec
2018-10-06 Application for Québec and CSQ sent to MIDI (Québec)

2018-10-25(end of october , i don't remember exactly when) Reception of the acceptation of the application for Québec and CSQ (letter arrive in mail 2018-11-18)
2018-11-24 Invitation for the medical exam
2018-11-30 Medical exam in Montreal
2018-12-07 Notification that the medical exam is passed on my online account and the reception of the results on Ecas.

Background check started since the day i was able to link my application on GCKEY ( october 15)
Out of status cant have OWP till they send me AIP

Have the others Nov applicants got their OWP approval yet? You are still in a "normal" time line for OWP (3-5 months). Don't worry to much. Do you know if your BGC has already started? (GCKey : we are processing your backgroundcheck....)
