I got a RQ in 26-may-2014 and send the response on 05-june-2014 to mississuaga office.

Did anybody get RQ in 2014, how many months it took to get the Test date?

CBSA record i have ordered, not received so far.Its been a week.
Its not needed for RQ as CIC will order themselves

I am a Contract IT worker( self employed), also many day trips to USA and many times i did not give my i-94 back

trip to USA when you return back to Canada do they stamp your entry. does CBSA record also captures that.
Can you share what is I-94 I did not understand as I never been to USA

CBSA does capture the entry into canada using PR card.
I-94 is a white card issued for 6 months travel.

i landed in edmonton on june 2010 then again went back to US. i came to edmonton from USA for 2 days in November 2010 for an interview. Then after i got the job i permanently moved to Canada in December 2010. When i was applying for citizenship i noticed there was no US stamp on my passport when i returned back to USA in november after giving my interview in canada. In some other forum i saw one person giving a site where if you give your passport number it shows the entry/exit from USA. When i tried that i could see the exits and entries but that november trip was not shown. Its so weird. Will that trigger a RQ?

mailvdutt , If our CBSA last entry shows some date lets say june 2010 and no entry after that will it be a straight case of 4 years stay in Canada. I don't think CBSA miss any entry stamps. so based on this last entry can we say it is a 100% proof that person did not exit Canada and re-entered without getting captured on the CBSA entry logs.

there must be something in your application that doesnt satisfy the officer. but as long as you provided supporting documents to prove your physical presence, you will be ok
