2013 File in New Delhi still on process

I applied on October 2013 from Nepal. My Spouse lives in Canad. After 3 rd medical still immigration says further verifications are required, therefore this file is not considered as a routine application and the current processing times no longer apply. Its been 34 months still waiting. Its very Painful. Please, what can I do to speed up my application. I have done several time inquiry through MP already.

further verification required for what? have you passed the background and security checks? and have you passed eligibility yet?

if they haven't requested an interview after 36 months, then perhaps it's safe to say you've already passed eligibility.

GCMS notes says most of the verification pass. In my understanding further verification required for what? I don,t know. I have you passed the background and security checks and have passed eligibility.
