I created a My CIC profile and was ready to apply, but upon logging into my account, the Family Immigration form had changed. It previously had been for IMMI 5645 and now said to use form IMMI 5707. I submitted form 5707 but upon re-reading the form I see I should have submitted form 5645.
Is my application ruined? What can I do to rectify this mistake? The only difference between the 2 forms was information about my siblings. Should I cancel my application a re-apply? can I send the CIC my 5645 form?
Someone please help, I am very looking forward to time in Canada and there was only a limited number of visa's issued and I don't want to jeopardize my chances.
