Hello,
I am very happy for everyone who got good news. I wish all the best to others who are waiting.
Guys I want to do my medical test. The less price I found in Montreal was $200. Do you know any clinic that do the examination less than 200?
Thanks :)

Hey!

I did my medicals in October. I called all Cliniques on the list and I couldn't find cheaper than 200 either.

Some other provinces the cost is $160. :D where in others ,people can perform the test for free. proving that they mailed their application . We hardly can get our medical cards after first stage approved .
How long it took you to get your medical results? did you made upfront ?

Yeah.. Unfortunately, this is not working here...:D
I went to Clinique de Médecine Industrielle et Préventive du Québec (area Guy-Concordia). I got an appointment for next day at 8:30 and I finished in 60-70 mins, so it was pretty quick. They were nice with me, the doctor told me they will call if there is a problem. I did upfront and the results were ready in 4-5 days(doc just gave me call everything is fine). They gave me a paper with my e-medical number and I had to send that to CIC.

Hello I have submitted my sponsorship application about 2 weeks ago and just waiting for this to be approved in Mississauga.

In the mean time I am filling out the Undertaking Application form (Kit A) for Quebec. My only question relates to Section 5 (Declaration) where it asks whether the sponsor is domiciled in Quebec. I take this to mean whether the sponsor currently resides in Quebec?

The sponsor (my spouse) is Canadian citizen by birth but currently lives in the UK with me (the applicant). She intends to return to Quebec when I ma granted PR further down the line (applying Outland via London, UK) but just wondering whether this would cause an issue with the CSQ application?

This is inland applications.
so in your case you should direct your question to outland aps as both has different baths.
I think she just need to clear that she is not in Canada at this moment, but she plans to return as soon as you will get the PR.
This require some ties in Canada , prove that she is looking for job, friends confirm that she intends to return . etc

Is there a possibility that they'll reject you after DM, in the landing interview?

First, CONGRATS! Second, deep breath! :p

The landing appointment is actually a little bit anticlimactic after the long wait and all the stress. Mine took around 7 or 8 minutes, total. (It will likely take longer, just due to the wait time to see the officer when you land at a larger office; I landed at a small "traveling" office they set up at a hotel in my region.)

The undertaking is the several-page document you had to fill out and send off when you requested your CSQ. They sign it and send it back to you when they send you the CSQ. I know the officer at my landing appointment specifically asked to see that. I had forgotten we even had that, so I was very glad I kept everything and that I dug through my immigration file before the appointment.
