My employer mentioned that when they report my hours, they do so on a semi-monthly basis—from the 1st to the 15th, and from the 16th to the 30th or 31st, depending on the month. This doesn’t break down my hours by week, and I’m a bit concerned about compliance. While I haven’t exceeded the 20-hour limit, I would like to understand how IRCC ensures that students remain within this weekly restriction. Could someone provide clarification for this?
