I have a bachelor degree form an accredited Canadian university. I have PGWP (about 2 years is left). So far I have been working as a remote software developer for a client in the US. I have been applying for tech jobs everywhere in Canada but no luck. I have been told I need to go to a large city and network "in person" and go from there to land jobs. But I don't know which province is more promising for my situation to get PR. I know some PNP streams have caps and some people never get their PR. So this is a critical situation and I have to be careful in choosing the right province to maximize my chances of getting PR. Can someone please give me some suggestions on which province is better for my situation? Thanks.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
well you still have enough time so u can try for nova scotia province.i heard that province is canada's computer
province.second you can try in toronto and nearby city (london, hamilton,Niagara) lots of company looking cheap wage
people so u can try your luck. (you have to sacrifice wage expectation).
As per current situation next 2 yrs will be harder for alberta so dont go there, and never go to newfoundland and Labrador where
unemployment is higher.
If you have patience and courage then you can try on yukon where PR process is easiest but dont know u can find anything there.
meantime wait for SINP without job offer for jan 2017. u must have to quick as that quota fill up withing 4-6 hours.(dont focus more
coz its just beginning of 2016)

good luck
