2 years application but still stuck

I applied on Nov 2023 but my application still has no update since Nov 25, 2024. What should I do in this situation instead of waiting.
I'm over 60 so I don't need to take Test and Languages Proof.

If you don’t want to just keep waiting, you could try raising a webform inquiry with IRCC to confirm movement on your file. And if the delay continues, it may be a good idea to speak with an immigration consultant who can review your case more closely.

although not waiting anything like your time, my wife has had no update for quite a while and raised a webform and just got a bog standard/automated email response (coincidentally she doesnt need test or language but was also required to provide fingerprints). Its easy to complete a webform so give it a go but maybe ringing will be better.
