2 year probation and getting permanent residency

I got a conditional discharge for a dui in Alberta and was given two years probation from Apr 22/10. I am a UK citizen on a 2 year work visa that expires in Dec/10. I have just sent in my permanent residency application and wondering if a conditional discharge will affect me getting a PR.
