2-year degree + 1-year certificate (undergraduate) = 3 years PGWP?

I'm transferring to UBC from a U.S college to finish the last 2 years of my Bachelor's degree, and I want to study another one-year certificate (NOT a Post-Graduate Certificate) at another community college after graduation, does anyone know if I should apply for the PGWP after completion of my degree or after the one-year certificate (taken consecutively after the Bachelor's degree)?

I have questions regarding both situations below:

1. Degree 2 years -> 1-year certificate -> PGWP 3 years (Would they give me a 3-year PGWP or just a 1-year PGWP?)

2. Degree 2 years -> PGWP 3 years -> 1-year certificate -> 2 years of PGWP left? (Can I study full-time while on PGWP?)

Can anyone confirm?

Thank you for your help.

As of 2024, this is the factual truth:

1. Minimum 2 years certificate/diploma--->3 years PGWP
2. Minimum 8 months but 1 year certificate---> 1 year PGWP

I know it's already too late and feel sorry that nobody replied when you needed the information most. I can understand how stressful it might have felt during those times not knowing what is correct and what is wrong because I was going through the same scenario a couple of weeks back.
